Jeder Monat bekommt eine eigene Helen-B-Zeichnung – handgezeichnete Schwarzlinien-Illustrationen mit Figuren aus vertrauten Alltagssituationen, mal humorvoll, mal mit einer kleinen Botschaft. Der Jahreskalender kommt im großzügigen A3-Format und wird auf Munken-Papier gedruckt. Zusammengehalten wird er von einem Eisenring, sodass sich Monat für Monat bequem weiterblättern lässt. Produziert wird der Kalender in Belgien. Helen b gibt außerdem an, dass die eigene Papierwaren-Kollektion lokal auf Munken-Papier gedruckt wird.
