Shipping

How we ship:

DHL is our preferred parcel service and picks up your orders daily (Monday to Friday). We ship all parcels with DHL GoGreen - at no additional cost to you. This offsets the CO₂ emissions generated during transport through investments in climate protection projects.

For shipments to other EU countries, DHL hands over to parcel services in the respective country.

Where we deliver:

We currently ship our orders within Germany, as well as to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark. We also deliver to all other countries within the European Union. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

How long it takes:

As soon as your payment is received, we'll hit the gas to hand over your order to DHL on the following day.

If your order arrives in our digital mailbox in the morning, we'll almost certainly send it off on the same day.

Delivery by DHL usually takes:

Germany: 1–3 working days
Other EU countries: usually 3–10 working days

During peak seasons (Christmas, etc.) it can sometimes take a bit longer.

Since Saturdays and Sundays belong to our families and friends, orders that arrived over the weekend are packed on Mondays.

Can I track my order?

Of course. We will keep you updated on all steps of your order via email. As soon as DHL takes over, you will receive a tracking ID that allows you to track your shipment here.

What are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, orders with a value of 69 € or more are shipped free of charge. For orders below this amount, we charge 3.95 € for shipping. Since we only send insured parcels, these shipping costs also apply to very small orders (e.g., a single postcard). Perhaps you'll find another card or two for the next occasion 😃

We also deliver to other EU countries now. Shipping to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark costs 6.95 €. If you wish to return an item from these countries, a return shipping fee of 12.95 € will apply.

For all other EU countries, we charge 13.95 € for shipping. Returns from these countries also incur a fee of 12.95 €.

Please note: We currently do not offer a free shipping threshold for orders to other EU countries.

Do you also deliver to packing stations and parcel shops?

Shipping to packing stations and parcel shops can be selected as a shipping option during checkout. The shipping conditions are the same as for standard shipping. You can easily select parcel shops or post offices via the map in the checkout and pick up your delivery there.
For delivery to packing stations, you need a Postnummer (post identification number). This must be provided with the order.

If you are not at home on the day of delivery, the delivery staff will often take your parcel to a parcel shop near you. However, you cannot choose this yourself. All information on where you can pick up your parcel can be found under your tracking number.
