Returns
Should you wish to return your shipment or part of it, simply use our Returns Portal.
When packing the goods, please ensure that they are returned in their original packaging and undamaged.
You can then drop off your parcel at a DHL parcel shop of your choice. All you need is the QR code sent to you.
As soon as your return has been received by us, we will refund the purchase price minus the respective return costs (€3.95 within Germany / €12.95 from other EU countries / €35.00 for bulky goods) or, if desired, issue you a voucher for the corresponding amount.
Important: If you choose store credit as the refund method, the return is free of charge for you. If you want your money back, we charge 3.95 Euros for the return.
For returns from other EU countries, we always charge €12.95 for return shipping.
We endeavor to process your return as quickly as possible and to initiate the refund. This can take up to 10 days after receipt of the goods in our warehouse.
Complaint
In the event that your order arrived faulty or damaged, please send us an email with photos and a brief explanation to service@schee.shop. We will deal with your request promptly and tell you exactly how we will proceed.
