Returns
Should you wish to return your shipment or part of it, simply use our Returns Portal.
When packing the goods, please ensure that they are returned in their original packaging and undamaged.
You can then drop off your parcel at a DHL parcel shop of your choice. All you need is the QR code sent to you.
As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount minus the respective return costs (€4.95 within Germany / €12.95 from outside the EU / €35.00 for bulky goods) or, if you wish, issue you a voucher for the corresponding amount.
Important: If you choose shop credit as your refund method, the return is free of charge for you. If you want your money back, we charge €4.95 for the return.
For returns from outside the EU, we always charge €12.95 return costs.
We endeavor to process your return as quickly as possible and initiate the refund. This can take up to 10 days after the goods have been received in our warehouse.
Complaints
In the event that your order arrived faulty or damaged, please send us an email with photos and a brief explanation to service@schee.shop. We will deal with your request quickly and tell you exactly how we will proceed.
