Exceptional, aromatic and with a delicate crunch. This fine dark chocolate from Ocelot combines high-quality 70% cocoa chocolate from the Virunga region in the Congo with the unique taste of Matcha Iri Genmaicha – a traditional Japanese tea blend of Sencha, Matcha and roasted rice.
The intense, slightly fruity cocoa notes meet a fresh, slightly sweet matcha note with a fine umami depth. The crunchy rice provides an exciting mouthfeel and makes every bite a special treat.
