How we ship:
DHL is our preferred parcel service and picks up your orders from us daily (Monday to Friday). We ship all packages with DHL GoGreen - at no additional cost to you. The CO2 emissions generated during transport are offset by investments in climate protection projects.
For shipments to non-EU countries, DHL hands over to parcel services in the respective country.
Where we deliver:
We currently ship our orders within Germany, as well as to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark. We also deliver to all other countries within the European Union. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
How long it takes:
As soon as we receive your payment, we go full throttle to hand over your order to DHL on the following day.
If your order arrives in our digital mailbox in the morning, we will most likely ship it on the same day.
Delivery by DHL usually takes:
Germany: 1–3 working days
EU countries: usually 3–10 working days
During peak seasons (Christmas, etc.), it can sometimes take a little longer.
Since Saturdays and Sundays belong to our families and friends, what has arrived with us over the weekend is packed on Monday.
Can I track my order?
Of course. We will keep you updated on all individual steps of your order via email. As soon as DHL takes over, you will receive a tracking ID with which you can track your shipment here.
What does shipping cost?
Within Germany, we ship orders with a merchandise value of €69 or more free of charge. For orders below this amount, we charge €4.95 for shipping. Since we only ship insured packages, these shipping costs unfortunately also apply to very small orders (for example, a single postcard). Maybe you'll find another card or two for the next occasion 😃
We also deliver to other EU countries now. Shipping to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark costs €6.95. If you want to return an item from these countries, a return fee of €12.95 will apply.
For all other EU countries, we charge €13.95 for shipping. Returns from these countries also incur a fee of €12.95.
Please note: We currently do not offer free shipping for orders to non-EU countries.
Do you also deliver to packing stations and parcel shops?
Shipping to packing stations and parcel shops can be selected as a shipping option in Germany during checkout. The shipping conditions are the same as for standard shipping. You can easily select parcel shops or post offices via the map in the checkout and pick up your delivery there. For delivery to packing stations, you need a post number. This must be provided with the order.
If you are not at home on the day of delivery, the delivery staff often take your package to a parcel shop near you. However, you cannot choose this yourself. All information on where you can pick up your package can be found under your tracking number.
In the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Denmark, it is possible to choose the Closest Droppoint. In this case, the nearest parcel station is automatically selected for delivery. You will be kept informed of every step in the shipping progress.
