That can happen! The best thing to do is to write to us as soon as possible with your order number + correct address. We will change it as long as it has not yet been shipped. If the package has already been sent and cannot be delivered due to the wrong address, it will be returned to us and we can then resend it.

If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your package has not yet been packed/shipped, we will gladly change it for you. If the order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot do anything more for you.

That depends on the payment method – immediately with PayPal, usually instantly with credit card, and one to two days with bank transfer.

Yes! Our shop uses SSL encryption, so your data is safe.
How do I get my invoice?

We do not include invoices in our packages. You can find your invoice as a PDF download at the top of your order confirmation email.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the invoice data retrospectively. Please make sure to enter it correctly when placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery

We ship exclusively with DHL – reliably and climate-neutral. DHL is our preferred parcel service and picks up your orders from us daily (Monday to Friday). We ship all packages with DHL GoGreen - at no additional cost to you. The CO2 emissions generated during transport are offset through investments in climate protection projects.
We are currently unable to offer express shipping, even upon request.

We offer free shipping on orders over €69. For orders under €69, a shipping fee of €4.95 applies within Germany – this includes postage, packaging, and the careful preparation of your parcel. 💛
As we only send insured parcels, the shipping costs also apply to very small orders.
We now also deliver to other EU countries. Shipping to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark costs €6.95. For all other EU countries, we charge a shipping fee of €13.95.
Please note: We currently do not offer a free shipping threshold for orders to other EU countries.

As soon as your payment is received, we'll put the pedal to the metal to hand over your order to DHL on the following day.
If your order lands in our digital inbox early in the morning, we'll almost certainly ship it out on the same day.
Delivery by DHL usually takes:
Germany: 1–3 business days
EU countries: usually 3–10 business days
During peak times (Christmas, etc.), it can sometimes take a little longer.
Since Saturdays and Sundays belong to our families and friends, orders that arrived over the weekend will be packed on Monday.

We currently ship orders within Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark. We also deliver to all other countries within the European Union. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping to Packstations and parcel shops in Germany can be selected as a shipping option during checkout. The shipping conditions are the same as for standard shipping. You can easily select parcel shops or post offices via the map in the checkout and pick up your parcel there after delivery.
For delivery to Packstations, you need a Postnummer (post identification number). This must be provided when placing your order.
If you are not at home on the day of delivery, the delivery staff often take your parcel to a parcel shop near you. However, you cannot choose this yourself. All information on where you can pick up your parcel can be found under your tracking number.
In the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Denmark, you have the option to select "Closest Droppoint." In this case, the nearest parcel station is automatically chosen for delivery. You will be kept informed of every step of the process via the tracking history.

DHL returns packages to us for two reasons. Either you could not be located at the address provided, or the storage period has expired and you did not collect your package from a branch in time.
If your address was incorrect, we will contact you by email and you will have 7 days to check your address. If you provide us with a correct address in time, we will send your package to you a second time. If the storage period has been exceeded and you have not collected your package in time, we will refund the amount directly, minus shipping costs. In this case, you would have to reorder.

Unfortunately not. In some cases, this would be really practical, but it is not possible due to the different product ranges in individual stores and the online shop, as well as separate accounting systems.

You can easily initiate returns yourself via our returns portal. The system will guide you through the process and generate a label at the end. When packing the goods, please ensure that they arrive back to us in their original packaging and undamaged.

You bear the costs for returns of €4.95 (within Germany) yourself. Should an item be faulty, we will, of course, cover the return shipping. In the case of a faulty or damaged delivery, we will, of course, cover the costs.
For returns from outside the EU, we will charge €12.95.

In case your order arrived faulty or damaged, please send us an email with your order number, photos, and a brief explanation to service@schee.shop. We will take care of your request quickly and tell you exactly how we will proceed.

We do our best to process your return and initiate the refund as quickly as possible. This can take up to 10 days after the goods arrive at our warehouse.

Unfortunately not. Due to the different product ranges in individual stores and the online shop, as well as separate accounting, this is unfortunately not possible. Returns for the online shop can only be sent back to us.
Vouchers & Discount Codes

You can only use online vouchers in the online shop, and store vouchers in Cologne, Dusseldorf, and Berlin. Unfortunately, we cannot adapt this for you, as we have separate accounting systems.

All vouchers are valid for 3 years – so there's plenty of time to find something nice.

In the checkout, there is a field "Redeem voucher/discount code". There is also a "Discount code" field in the previous overview, but not all codes work there. Make sure you have tried it one click further in the checkout before contacting us about a non-working code.
Some of the codes are limited-time promotional codes. Perhaps the period has expired?
If you are sure that the code is still valid and is still shown as invalid in the fields, please contact us again by email.

If an item can be ordered, it's also available. If it's sold out, it will be indicated directly or won't be displayed to you at all.

Often we have already placed a new order. However, since we always want to provide you with new products, some other products have to make way. If the item should not be available in the online shop for a longer period of time, please contact us again by email.
