FRANZI is the second grain and liqueur brand
from the Elmshorn-based sibling duo Dallmeyer.

For nearly four years, the two tinkered with
their Franzbrötchen liqueur before finally
finding the one true recipe after numerous
attempts.
The key was the decision to
create the crumb-free version of the Hanseatic
classic on a cream base.

Franzbrötchen are and remain a rather
greasy affair, and cream liqueur
excellently conveys the typical cinnamon-dough aromas
of the sweet pastry.
