FRANZI is the second grain and liqueur brand from the Dallmeyer siblings in Elmshorn.

For almost four years, the two tinkered with their Franzbrötchen liqueur until, after numerous attempts, they finally found the one true recipe. The key was the decision to create the crumb-free version of the Hanseatic classic using a cream base.

Franzbrötchen are and always will be a rich affair, and cream liqueur perfectly conveys the typical cinnamon dough aromas of the sweet pastry.
